To whom it may concern:This letter in response to [redacted]'s complaint,[redacted] purchased a vehicle after being checked service station, a few weeks after she purchased the vehicle she commanded a few repairs to be done on the vehicle, that was not even mentioned or recommended by her...

personal mechanic, but it was normal wear and tear like, a broken sway bar link that may have been caused by a driving over a deep pot hole, however all the repairs that she commanded us to do was done by our service station with no expense to her.Throughout this period [redacted] was always threating us with her connections with Senator [redacted] office, and the Consumer Protection Agency which we took all these threats with a respectful manner.For the following 3 months we had no issues with [redacted] as she made payments on her vehicle on time with no problem,Around the end of October [redacted] stopped by the station with an invoice from [redacted] for an oil change and 60 point check, however there was a handwritten statement at the bottom of the invoice stating that the vehicle may have a head gasket problem.[redacted] delivered us a treat that she is not going to make anymore payments on the vehicle and she is going to contact Senator [redacted]s office if we attempt to repossess her vehicle for nonpayment.We always work with our customers to the fullest extent even though the vehicle was sold ASIS condition.  However we did not find any signs of head gasket problems such as over heating or coolent mixed with the oil.We always work with our customers with respect to the contracts that is made between us and them.

To whom this may concern, My name is [redacted] and I am emailing in regards to my case ID# [redacted].I have received my title in the mail but when...

I received it I received a title that was listed with almost 300,000 miles. Originally when I purchased the car everything was in kilometers being that the car was a [redacted] car. Before I was able to take the car home I had to wait for the mechanic to transfer everything in the car from kilometers to miles. I was assured that everything would be converted on the title as well. After receiving the title I called the dealership to ask them why it wasn't changed and no one was able to answer me. I was never able to get a hold of of the owner to have them fix my title. I had to pay 80 dollars of my own money to have anotary fix my title and have it sent straight out to [redacted]. However, I do not know thee right mileage on my car now because of this. I had explained to them that if the car does have almost 300,000 miles on it then I need to be reimbursed money because there is no way that I will pay almost 12,000 dollars for a vehicle with such high mileage. Again, they were unresponsive and unable to help. It has been nothing but a headache and money dealing with this dealership.Thank you, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:I was very specific with my dates in my complaint and it was not a few weeks later as per there response to the Complaint that was faxed to your office on 01/19/2015.   I contacted A W Auto Sales & Service several times in person and we had several telephone conversations regarding the repairs that were supposed to be taken care of before they delivered the vehicle to me as promised.  Like I said in the complaint they never did an oil change to the Vehicle before delivery as promised had they done so they would have noticed that the Motor Oil and the Anti-Freeze were mixing together.  I in no way "Commanded" as they are stating in there response to the Complaint.  I was just wanting them to fulfill all the work that was supposed to be completed upon delivery which they didn't fulfill as promised per our conversations.As for the Sway Bar that they state was from normal wear and tear and that it could have been caused by driving over a deep pot hole was broken before I purchased the vehicle and they promised to fix that upon delivery of the vehicle again which they never took care of as promised.  As stated in there response to the Complaint they also stated that "All the repairs that she commanded us to do was done by our service station with no expense to her", is not true.  As stated in my complaint there was other repairs that they never completed as promised.As for me Threatening as stated in there response to the complaint is also not true.  I went to Senator [redacted]'s office for advise and also filed a Complaint with the Attorney General office looking for a resolution to the problem.  I have no connections with the said parties as stated in there response.  As for me making my payments being on time as stated in there complaint that is true.  As I indicated on my complaint I took the Vehicle to my mechanic [redacted] for an oil change and because I had indicated to AW Auto Sales & Service that I would be taking the car to my mechanic to get a 2nd opinion and for an estimate of the cost of the repairs and would take the vehicle back to A W Auto sales & Service for them to complete the repairs as promised.  [redacted] at that point provided me a Courtesy Check  and they indicated that the Engine Oil and the Anti-Freeze were mixing together and that there is a 99 % chance that it is a Head Gasket problem.  They provided me an Invoice with the cost of the repairs which I provided to A W Auto Sales & Services on 10/21/2015.  At that point I told them that I would be leaving the vehicle there so that they can take care of the repairs and they told me that they would call me to bring the vehicle in another day and that they would also provide me with a lender car while the repairs are being done.  As stated on my complaint I called several times and left messages and included the dates and never received a response back from them in regards to when I should bring the vehicle in for repairs.  At that point I decided not to make payments on the vehicle and to put the monies in an Escrow account.  At the end of October the Vehicle was repossessed by A W Auto Sales & Service.Once the vehicle was repossessed I had no other alternative but to purchase another vehicle.  At this point I am not wanting the vehicle back and would like a total refund of my monies paid towards the vehicle.I appreciate your speedy response to the matter, and hope that we can persue further action against this institution of criminals, as I am willing to not only fight for me but for any poor individual in the future who may fall prey to A W Auto Sales and Service.  Regards,
