Today I spoke with the customer and we both agreed to the repair of the 5 Star Razor Edger at no charge and to the replacement of the 5 Star Balding Clipper with a Designer at no charge.

The customer sent his product back to Sursource in CT. instead of to Wahl Clipper in IL. Suresource is sending his product back to customer. I left the customer a voice mail offering to send him new product with a return label to send his old...

hidden cam I had called to see the steps to send The shaver back and I got no response. So I emailed the company and I got no response. so then I sent the shaver back to the address it gives for the company and got no response for 2 months and that is when I contacted Revdex.com.then is the firßt time they responded.he asked me when they call where did I send a text to and I told them and they said they would get back to me and they didn't so I called again call me back and said about where I sent the Clippers and I told them I already told them that and I wrote it in the complaint. I haven't received the old clippers and I am not sending anything else. I will just take the loss but you can bet a whole lot of barbers in my city will stop buying from whal
