I am rejecting this response because: when talking to the pastor he made every point to not see my point of view in what I felt what was best for MY childHIS ONLY CONCERN WAS NOT RETURNING ANY OF MY
DEPOSIT WBP had created an unstable enviorment and an inconsistancy for my child with a high turn over rate of teachers and aids within the first months of her yr old program of school starting He made every point to not refund or attempt to even partially refund any of my deposit anc other fees The pastor himself does not know what goes on with the WBP and what went on especially with teachers and aids leavingHe is fooling himself that the preschool was running efficiantly and providing a safe learning enviormemnt with new teachers coming in and out of the schoolWBP had got rid of the directior Donna S*** and had replaced her with a new director With that at hand it goes to show you that this preschool had internal problems that obviously me as a parent could feel and see the tension amongst the staff towards the directorTHIS IS NOT A ENVIRONMENT I WOULD NOT LEAVE MY CHILD IN, ESPCIALLY PAYING CLOSE TO $/month UNHAPPY STAFF MEANS UNHAPPY SCHOOL and I will NOT put my child be in a school where the staff DO NOT GET ALONG!!
As far as my husband and I setting up a meeting with himIt would have gotten no where but him bringing up the contract and so forth about there gesture of goodfaith of not charging me monthsWe are not about to meet up with someone who DOES NOT LISTEN TO OUR CONCERNS ABOUT OUR DAUGHTER or EVEN MEET US HALFWAY IN A RESOLVMENT with our $deposit It is very obvious the school had problems! Their NEW DIRECTOR HAD GOT IN CONTACT WITH ME WITH CONCERNS ABOUT ISSUES WITH IN THE PRESCHOOL WHEN MY DAUGHTER ATTENDED WBP UNLIKE THE PASTOR whos only concern was the contract and keeping my deposit WHAT KIND OF CHRISTIANITY CHURCH/PRESCHOOL IS HE RUNNING?!?
NOT VERY CHRISTAIN LIKE AT ALL !! and to think I let my child attend such a school.

I am responding to your letter of February 17, citing a complaint from a customer of mine who visited my business on 01/09/I conducted a consultation with the client about her preferences for her hair color(s) before I began the serviceShe was in agreement with the color choices at that
time.After the service was complete, we went out into the sunlight (most realistic) to check the colors.I gave her a mirror to see herself and she seemed to be pleased with the results There were no bald spots or burnt hair or brassiness in the colorI could tell she was very particular about her hair so if any of those issues were true I am sure I would have heard about it at that time The procedure I did was technically correct and there was nothing "to fix...".A day or so later, she called to say she thought her over-all color was too dark (blonde) and would prefer a white blonde showing on the top layersBecause I wish my clients to be satisfied I agreed to give her a whiter blonde effectAfter that service she was very happy with that color effect.She stated she talked to my company on 01/18/2016, Monday We are infact closed on Mondays And there was no message left.I am profoundly sorry that she is so unhappy about her hairI feel I have been unfairly attackedand am dumbfounded by her reactionI do not appreciate this character assassination without causePlease keep me informed about this matter
