This customer has a dash on order, for bubbles in the dash, that is backordered from [redacted] Our rep says there is nothing we can do and [redacted] consumer affairs was involved. They said the part has to be made in [redacted] and we are far down the list of requests for this part. It has been ordered since May and we check every week with no promise date as of yet. Every other item we have addressed for her. I am not aware of anything other than the dash at this time.
