This does not satisfy my complaint at all, in fact it reinforces the bait and switch tactics that W*** Nissan used to lure me to their show room for a new car, then say I owe $4,more to do the dealFor the record I had hoped someone was interested in my concerns that W*** Nissan has violated consumer protection laws of Ohio and needs to be held accountableI thought that was the Revdex.com?

We have had this same thing happen on other *** ***'s and also feel *** is dropping the ball on this repairWhen we run into this situation, where the strut has corroded due to the road salt and brine being used on the highways, *** just denies our request for assistance for the
customerWhat is happening is the springs *** has installed on these cars are not able to hold up to the salt and brine used in many Northern States, as well as the Struts that surround the springsNot everyone, but too many as far as we are concernedIn removing the Struts to get to the spring's the corrosion causes the threads to stripWe contacted *** but they simply deny the request, we have had this with other customers and it is not how we would do it but we have to do what *** tells us as it is a Recall and that puts 100% of the liability on ***.With that the case, I am going to go back to my *** service rep and request reimbursement to ***, in the meantime I am authorizing our service department to reimburse her 50% of the cost, I will then try and get *** to reimburse the other 50%If they see we have contributed they are more likely to step up and do the right thing.
I have also enclosed a statement from *** ***, the service manager involved with the repair order to help explain what happenedIf *** is OK with us reimbursing her the 50% I will have the check done and mailed out immediately.

My husband and I just searched, test drove and bought a vehicle at Waikem Nissan in Massillon, OH.
From the moment I called with simple starting questions regarding my search for the perfect vehicle, the customer service I received was amazing! They were efficient and timely in responding. Upon entering the dealership, we were greeted by Derek B[redacted] (sales associate). Young, knowledgeable, and such a pleasant man to work with. He took his time answering all questions we had, and asked questions in return to make sure we had the right vehicle for our lifestyle. During the test drive, Derek got to know us as people and shared a bit about him. It made us feel more than just customers.. like we were becoming part of the Waikem "family." The following day, my husband and I drove up to the dealership to purchase the car. Derek met us before we even got to the door. Though there was several customers in the dealership, Derek focused on us and took care of everything. He multitasked effortlessly, keeping our "time" as top priority. After we bought the Nissan Altima, Vic in financing took us in to do all paperwork. He was quick, thorough, and pleasant to work with. I recommend Waikem Auto Mile especially Waikem Nissan for all your auto needs. Derek B[redacted] comes highly recommended from my husband and I, as we had such a positive experience with him. If it's out of a 10 star rating, I give Waikem a 10 and Derek B[redacted] an 11!!!!

I have reviewed this transaction with all the managers at our Nissan store and with our Internet department manager. Mr....

[redacted] did contact our internet department about a Nissan special lease on a particular Altima, he asked several times if the deal could be done on that particular Altima and was assured it could, it was a Nissan special and we would have to set an appointment for him to go into the store, meet the Nissan manager and get the deal if that is what he wanted. He also inquired about a higher trim level than the advertised special and our internet associate, Olivia, gave him the amount the lease would be on the higher trim level. It appeared that lease was not what Mr. [redacted] wanted so the deal went back to the advertised special. At that time Mr. [redacted] mentioned to Olivia that he was currently in a Nissan lease, I believe one year into a three year lease. He tried several times to get Olivia to state he could get out of his current lease and into the new lease without paying more than the $199 advertised special. Olivia does not appraise vehicles, only communicates between the customer and manger. She knows that is not her expertise so she, on several occasions, told Mr. [redacted] that the Nissan manager would have to appraise his current vehicle and see what the lease buy out would be. He stilled tried to get her to commit but she explained he had to get the car appraised. When Mr. [redacted] did arrive at the dealership it was determined with would take approximately $4000.00 to get the payment at the $199 price and buy out his lease almost 2 years early. No one ever told him he could get out of his lease at no cost and into a new one. If he does not get out of his current lease then yes, he can lease a new Altima for the $199 advertised special for as long as Nissan continues with this special. I hope this explains everything and you can contact me with any concerns or questions.

Went to Waikem Nissan looking for a newer used car. The salesman [redacted] was amazing. He didn't give me the run around and told me everything up front. He was able to answer all of my questions and if he didn't know an answer he went and found out right away. Best salesman I have ever worked with by far.
