Bought a car here in May My wife and I live in WaikikiWe really didn't need a vehicle since most everything is in walking distanceSo by the time we did take it on the Highway we noticed a very loud noise in the rearAbout a month after we bought the vehicleKeep in mind we had only put 5-miles on it since the purchaseSo I took it to a mechanic only to find out the car had less than 5% brake pad's, the rotors were all shot, and the rear wheel barring were so bad the mechanic said it was a miracle one of the rear tires did not cease up! Which could have been life threating! The car also has major body damage/bondo work done which was not toldAnd the transmission is going southI called them, they offered to get parts at costBut not to help fix the problemsThen I found out they wanted more than the mechanics! Then I asked if they would buy it back since clearly they sold a car with major issuesThey then offered to buy it back for $less than what we just paid less than months after we purchased the car less than miles droveThey clearly do not do any inspectionsThey just band aid there cars and clean them upI feel very used, lied to, cheated! I know there are many others that have had the same issues with Waikiki Auto SalesI see all the negative reviews including mine on Yelp keep getting removed for some reasonI don't think it's fair that people get taken, or potentially getting hurt in a real Lemon of a carI am 100% service connected disabled Army Vet these kind of business should not be taking advantage of people period!

simple no push sales pitch gotta do your own inspections pretty good looking inventories It was a cash deal only took us about less than 30mins to finish and drive off the lothad a small issue, should have paid my own inspection before purchase, but Sam was nice enough to help me outover all great dealnice sales ppl,thanks sam
Today got my self a Toyota Sienna from here
It's a small used car place/warehouse about cars were insideI thought it was a getto place at first from the look outside since it's a warehouse area but it turns out fine for meFew employees has to manage two locations and upto cars, to me they are very hard working peopleWhen I first walked in, their friendly chiwawa was in a hurry to greet usThen a sales came to us and asked questions about what we were looking forWe told him we saw the sienna on the advertisment and we were here to test drive it, we showed him our license and we went on the road nearly for an hour (which thats time limit) thats more than enough for me really but the sales says they just want their customers to feel comfortable in the car and make sure thats the car they want to drive for yearsThat really makes me think I've come to the right placeAfter the test drive I still kinda of some doubts about purchasing a used car for my family, the sales which his name was Jason same as ming, he told me if by doing a full inspection on the car will it make me feel more comfortable purchasing the vehicleOF COURSE! I saidHe then contacted a tech shop near by and got it done in less than hrsThe car drives nice and works finePlus Jason made me very comfortable purchasing the car by doing an inspection and additional to that they even throw in month warranty on engine and transmissionPrice below KBBGreat deal to me!

They then offered to buy it back for $3300 less than what we just paid less than 2 months after we purchased the car less than 60 miles drove. They clearly do not do any inspections. They just band aid there cars and clean them up. I feel very used, lied to, cheated! I know there are many others that have had the same issues with Waikiki Auto Sales.. I see all the negative reviews including mine on Yelp keep getting removed for some reason. I don't think it's fair that people get taken, or potentially getting hurt in a real Lemon of a car. I am 100% service connected disabled Army Vet these kind of business should not be taking advantage of people period!
