He did not call anyone when he arrived.The next day the condo was vacant however we advised [redacted] we would like to speak with him.  He did not  call or email our property and we never heard from him.When his reservation was booked on line we didn’t receive a phone number or email.He booked a standard condo however we assigned Mr. [redacted] condo [redacted] a deluxe/Executive suite.We often upgrade our guests to deluxe condominiums if possible.Condo [redacted] is a large beautiful newly renovated condo with new kitchen/bath and marble countertops including all new appliances.It is used by our defense contracts and prior to [redacted]’s reservation Mr. [redacted] with [redacted] and Mitigation manager stayed in [redacted] Dec 8th until March 11.  He had a very comfortable stay and referred [redacted] to place the employees when they are in Hawaii on a job Assignment for [redacted].The guest who occupied [redacted] on April 30th advised it was the most comfortable bed and how she enjoyed her stay in this beautiful condominium.Scott Bunting occupied condo [redacted] from May 4 to May 17th and is also referring his company to stay at our property.[redacted] and [redacted] stayed in this condo from FEB 15 to Sept 16.We have repeat guests due to our hospitality, good value and beautiful condos . Each condominium includes a washer/dryer in suite and free parking is assigned.  There are no internet charges, resort fees or cleaning fees.  Our housekeeping  and maintenance staff is on site and looks after the condos daily.The statements made by Mr. [redacted] are not true and the information he gave is not possible.  The bed was still made and the condo was empty.[redacted] has been refunded for Mr. [redacted]’s reservation, April  29-May 7.  Thank you,[redacted]Mahalo & Aloha Regards,Waikiki Beach Condominium Suites[redacted][email protected] Toll Free U.S., Canada310-377-6248 or 310-375-2932 CA & International310-375-4821 Fax

I am rejecting this response because:It has no truth in it. I arrived at the condo at 9pm. The office had gone home at 5pm. A security guard gave me my keys and told me my room number. We tried to sleep in the broken bed. We planned to try to get a different room in the morning. We were awakened at 2am. Something was crawling on us. We jumped out of bed and turned on the lights. A bed bug was crawling across one of the pillows. And cockroaches were on the walls. We packed and got the hell out of there! I picked up the slip from the desk and wrote a note about the condition of the room and why we could no longer stay. We clipped it on the office door on the way out. Before leaving, we called [redacted] and asked for their help. They called the condo but only got an answering machine. They did not help us find a place to stay. We drove around and stumbled upon a hotel.The next day we went to the condo. They would not let us in. We snuck in with a different guest and went to the office. The lady in the office claimed to be a maid and did not know when the manager would return. Later that day, we called [redacted] again. We advised them that the condo was playing games with us.In order to become the beautiful condo that they claim to be, they would have to do the following:  Paint all of the doors (to hide the black streaks), change out some of the door knobs (they are broken), put in new drapes (they are dirty and ripped), rip-out the carpet (it is filthy), put in a new bed (it hurts your back), and kill the bed bugs and cockroaches. The only statement that [redacted] made that was true, is that [redacted] has been refunded for my reservation. I guess it's too hard for her to apologize for ruining our vacation. And I don't like people calling me a liar.We have photos to back-up our claims. We intend to post them everywhere we can think of. We want to help people avoid the pain and suffering we had to go through. It was like having a black cloud hanging over us for the entire trip.
