to payThe PAYBOX ( pay station)as you will notice is at the entry of the parkinglot as you go down the rampIt is veryaccessible and thereis a light aboveitThere is also a large sign above as you enter the parking lot and it says Pay Public ParkingThere are also signs on the wall inside of the parking lot.Also, we are not aware of any scamsinvolving our tow operators Be advised,the towing company is an independentoperator and all fees are charged or collected solely by the towing company.We have not had any problemswith people not paying or unable to find the pay station,this is the first time we have ever had a complaint If Ican be of any further assistance please email me at *** or phone # *** *** * ***

I am rejecting this response because I have pictures alsoThey were taken at night which is what it was when this all happenThey depict things differentlyWhile you may have a light above the machine it does not lighten up the signs that are on the wall to where you can't see them as you enter the garageAlso I'm rejecting your response because I have pics of all your signsI love how you take pics of signs from a distance to make it look like you have a bunch of signs, but if you had taken them up closer you would see they say nothing about payingThey say things like hour surveillanceAlso my pics would show that you have changed one of the signs you sent a picture ofMy wife and I looked for where to payWe in no way we're trying to skip outI consider myself an honest person and would feel super guilty if I ever did something wrongIf you check your hour surveillance videos from the night in question you will see us looking for someone to ask how and where we payAt night the paying machine is not noticeableAs you are driving down the ramp you have to making an immediate left turnYour focus is drawn to the left to make sure you don't hit anyone coming outYou then have to park and the exit is on the opposite end of the garageThe paying machine has signs on it yes but they are not visibleWe saw the sign outside saying pay parking garageThus we were looking for where to payIf course your going to say there is no scamAll I have stated is what I was told from localsA taxi driver who tells me he picks people outside of your garage all the time because you have their vehicles towed because they don't see where to payI am trying to handle this the easy wayMy wish is you would simply be compliant and work with meI have no problem paying the fee for parkingAlthough I would like what's left of what I had to pay your partner *** *** for towing our rentalI'm sure *** ***s would gladly reimburse it to keep their contract with you to pickup other vehicles for you in the future.
