In response to complaint # ***:
Ms*** was refunded a co-payment of $on 11-23-She sent this payment (in our original check form) back to me with her letter dated 12-22-At the bottom of that letter patient states she is returning it and awaiting a check for the proper
amountThe proper amount was $26.04, not the $I let Ms*** know that I did research and tracked it back to the outside company that billed herI informed Ms*** that the check she returned to our office would be put in our mail that day, which I did myselfThe check has yet to be cashed and we have not received any return mail from her address she providedWe are happy to cancel that check and provide a new one for the same amount
I am unable to comment on any services provided about Medical Care due to our strict privacy policies

Just to clarify Ms. Kelly, Ms. [redacted]'s second check of $26.04 will be sent by certified mail in tomorrows mail 3-17-16. We will consider this matter closed on our end.
