Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:she even admit the facts of mosquitos and debris, etc You can see another customer's complain here on [redacted] I know I know that I did select one of the cheapest accomodations in MauiHowever, you can't give a closet(definitely not anybody's room-size) full of roaches, ants & mosquitoes and insist it's somewhere human can sleepthe owner said you came to a tropical island so roaches, ants & mosquitoes will be thereSo we shifted to a regular hotel where we can sleep without any tropical friendsif you can happily sleep with them as a part of tropical island's entertainment, make a reservationLiked — arrogant owner Disliked — roaches Sincerely, [redacted] **

They booked a room for two people and then threatened me They had four people room was for two only First they said it was their right to bring extra people They booked on [redacted] No they do not have that right Even [redacted] would not give their money back I havestar rating on [redacted] for that last years They are just angry people and sorry they admitted they knew the room was for two My husband even had to shut them up as they were being abusive at night to each other and distur***g other guests We recently had almost days of rain in WAiluku so no we couldn't cut the grass The monkey pod tree drops debris everyday and is also cleaned out everyday by our staff IAlso mosquitos come with rain Not in our rooms all with new screens I invite you out for a visit now Never have I had such disrespectful adults in years I can forward you their threatening texts as well as the [redacted] emails not refunding their money And furthermore, my attorney will have at you for allowing such unscrupulous complaints to exist without investigationWith aloha, Maureen L [redacted] owner WIluku Guesthouse

I know I know that I did select one of the cheapest accomodations in Maui. However, you can't give a closet(definitely not anybody's room-size) full of roaches, ants & mosquitoes and insist it's somewhere human can sleep. the owner said you came to a tropical island so roaches, ants & mosquitoes will be there.
