What a waist? Is exactly correct. -1 (real rate) buyers beware! The measurement input was dead wrong. You put your weight & it has only 2 options for height. Don't "waist" your time or money! No exchanges even for the companies mistake. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. When you buy these products you should be able to use the items especially when you pay so much money to these companies.

Bought a girdle from this company paid in full and never received my items! This is unacceptable and unprofessional! Items were ordered weeks ago and I have sent multiple emails and phone calls without a response

This company is a scam and should be turned down there policy is unacceptable they dont do exchanges or refunds , they are over charging people I paid over $for a garment they sent me something extremely small I called the customer service line the lady was rude and said sorry we can not exchange it by your measurements that was your size I dont recommend this place

Honestly, this is the best company I have ever bought a waist shaper from. Most of the complaints are people that didn't think it was necessary to read the FAQs where the company policy is. How is that the companies fault? Everything they need to know is there. I called in for sizing they were SUPER nice and they helped me get my correct size. I got my garment and it was great quality. I give this company an A+!
