This company states it delivers in weeks, but a month and a half later in still waiting for my shipment and they won't give me my refundI would recommend not going with this company....EVER!

My experience with this business was horribleI placed an order and was provided with a tracking number that wasn't validWhen I explained this to the person who sent me my email confirmation she assured me it takes a while for the tracking number to become available in the systemSo I waited a few more days and still the same issueI explained this to the person who had been emailing me and again she assured me my package was shipped and it takes a while for it to show in the systemI asked for a phone number to call and speak with a manager and my question was ignoredI couldn't find a number online for this company so the only way to communicate with them was via emailI asked for a refund and it was denied because they claimed my package was shippedI waited days and still no package was receivedI contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and my funds were credited back to my accountI would suggest to not do business with this company because I think they are a fraud and just looking to take advantage of people

Waited a month to receive my waist trainer. When I got it, it was too big (contrary to the size chart on their website). I followed all necessary steps to exchange it for the correct size, and never got it. They have ignored my emails and messages. They have not even sent me the correct size. It is all a scam, $40 down the toilet.
