Waisted Together

I have ordered a waist trainer from these people about 2 weeks ago, I have sent them multiple emails without any responses inquiring about a tracking #. This company is either the absolute worst with customer service or they are a scam. I have a confirmation number and signed up to get shipping notifications by text. Absolutely nothing. I will come back and update if I do receive the item but so far I am very unhappy with this business. I will file a fraud report and get a reimbursement if I have to. Thanks.

I placed an order for a waist trainer from the company called “Waisted Together” a Canadian company. I’ve received 2 waist trainers from them in the past and had no issues. I did have to request for my tracking info both times but I did end up getting it and received my item. I was happy enough that I placed another order on January 29/2020. Their website now promises that you will receive tracking info within a week of purchase. I waited 2 weeks before I tried reaching out for my tracking info. I’ve now emailed them multiple times from two desperate emails. I’ve sent them the image of my order confirmation. They received my money. I’ve tried contacting them through email and all social media and haven’t gotten a single response and I’m honestly under the impression that my order will never arrive. ***. I want an explanation for why it is so difficult for them to respond to customer emails. I like to support small and/or growing companies but Waisted Together has made me afraid to order anything online again from a small company.

Ordered Feb 4th, got an email stating to wait 5-10 days. Nothing. It is now Feb 26th. I have emailed them, messaged them through *** and ***, still nothing. Their contact us section says they will get back to you within 24 hours, false. On my account it says “paid”, but “unfulfilled”. I checked my credit card, and the charge went through. This clothing company is a scam, and lack any type of customer service. Their customer service is nonexistent.

Ordered 2 different Waist Trainers from their website on October 2, 2019. After several weeks I received one. The second one arrived a few days later but it was not one that I ordered. I emailed them several times and got no response. I emailed again and heard back from "***" who said she will look into it. She asked for photos of the 2 items I did receive. I told her one was correct, the other one was completely different. I asked that she either change it for the correct one or offer a refund upon its return. I never heard back. I sent more emails as reminders but she disappeared.

I purchased a waist trainer on Dec 27, 2019 for $69.99 and the money was taken from my account. I have never received the product and have sent numerous emails, have posted on company's *** and have sent instant message *** and they have not responded.

I have tried contacted them numerous times through various methods (email, social media) and got no response. Joke. I ordered 2 different items, but got 2 of the same items (from China). All I wanted was my original order and they have absolutely no customer service!

I ordered the waist trainer August 12th with confirmation of order number but never a follow-up email or date in which it was scheduled to be delivered. I have sent 3 emails to follow-up one to customer support and two to the original email stated on the site for contact with no response.

I ordered a waist trainer from this company on April 16th,2019. I received a confirmation email stating that I will get a tracking number within 5-10 days. I did not receive anything. I had emailed them on two occasions and did not get a reply back. A friend of mine also ordered the same day as me and received her order but in a wrong size and they are also not replying back. I made an account on their website and it is saying my status is paid but my order is unfulfilled.

I ordered and paid for a waist trainer on the January 2nd, 2018 and have not received the item yet. My tracking number that was provided by the business is not valid, and it is well past the "15-25" days that it quoted for shipping. I have tried numerous time to contact the company, through email and ***, and have not received acknowledgement or any kind of reply. I'm starting to think this company is just a scam.
