We were called to do a roof inspection at [redacted] We gave an inspection with Itemized scope of work for roof repairs $1,Enclosed is the inspectionAlso estimate to Install gutter screens for $He scheduled job then called and said he was getting another bid, got bid and went with usHe emailed us to schedule the job, but just wanted to do roof repair not screensWe sent roofers and did all roof repairs in scope of work, including hour drive to job with menAfter we were done he said he changed his mind and wanted the gutter screensI sent the guys back down the next day and installed gutter screensAfter the job is done customer called and said our men weren’t there long enough to charge $1,when in fact his indecision cost us another trip to job at approximately miles each wayHe said he was going to pay me and give me as much bad advertisement as he couldweeks went by and still haven’t been paid, Called him again on 11/17/and talked againVerified that we did the work we agreed on and he agreed but said because he thought we charged him to much he would only pay $a month for the next years just to make his point, When I told him that was not acceptable and we were going to small claims court he said” OK, I’ll see you there”To date we gave him an inspection, bid job, did work after he agreed and he has not paid anythingWe even waived the inspection fee if he agreed to do the workTo my knowledge he has no problem with the work other then we didn’t spend as much time as he thought it would takeBalance due $3,excluding inspection cost of $
