WAJ Management

I was leasing an apartment at [redacted] Apartment **. They have charges againt my security depositI was leasing an apartment at [redacted] Unit **. Upon move out I was charged a deposit forfeit fee of $743.00 which is a frivolous charge on top of several other fees totaling $1,901.75 Then my security deposit was applied to that leaving $1,158.75 owed. I have been contacted by a collection agency stating I owe $1,158.75 which is not correct. I should only owe a total of $415.75 I've tried to resolve this by contacting WAJ management LLC with no success they keep telling me they will have someone else contact me I've also called the collection agency back but they say there isn't anything they can do. I need help in resolving this matter. WAJ management has charged me $743.00 to much, I agree I owe $415.75 and I would like to get this resolved ASAP before a collection is placed on my credit report. [redacted] our property manager has not done her job to our satisfaction with the mold growing in several apartments including our 3 bedroom. She gave us a notice on Friday the 29th right before she closed for the weekend that they will be coming to tear our walls in 2 of 3 bedrooms and pull out the carpet. On Monday I went to the office crying telling her my daughter has had phenomena twice this year, now on a breathing machine.I've been in the ER for migraines everyday. I thought it would only be fair to put us in a hotel while all that mold spores would be airborne. She looked at me and said sport that's out of her hands. [redacted] has also been a great landlord and now regional manager but I have been trying to reach her for 2weeks on her office and cell phone but no call but. It's makes me sad cause I used to recommend people live here by the not after how we have been treated. My mom has been trying to call the office for 2 days to pay rent and no-one has been there or returned her calls.","neg-1
