At this time, my complaint, ID regarding Stitchin' Steph has been resolved to an extent, due to the fact that she did mail me a refundI would still like for my complaint to be posted however, in that I truly feel that this owner has no remorse for her actions
and only chose to send me the refund due to the fact that I contacted you all and also the directors of the show in which I encountered her businessShe has yet to deal with me directly, offer any explanations, apologies, or the likeShe merely has done all of her contact through the show customer service, mailed me a check with no letter or anything else within the envelope, and has refused to respond to you all in request for a comment from herI find this owner to be cold and malice and would like for other customers to know what they have the potential to encounter in doing business with Stephanie.Thank you all for assisting me in the resolution of this matterYou are truly appreciated!
