I have a call with Glenn Wake, owner of Wake Financial Group. During this call Mr. Wake is very combativeness, argumentative and threatening. His office has been very misleading with the transaction of my 401k disbursement. When asked if his office normally practices in providing misleading information he began to call me argumentative. When telling Mr. Wake I could come to his office to speak I was threatened with a police report to the Richardson, Plano and Grand Prarie police. This business had access to my retirement and this is the behavior displayed when asked about their policies & procedures. I have asked about the recorded calls and still no liability or explanation. I finally hung up on Glenn Wake after concluding he has nothing to offer but a fight. he then called me back within 30 seconds to call me an ***.
This has to be handled! This business operates under deceitful practices and holds no liability. I am waiting to now be contacted by 3 police departments over his threat, again recorded!
It is odd that after being told a check would come to me Glenn forwarded my e-mails to my former employer. It seems they have spoken and Glenn choose to take the orders of a Lee ***

Delivery I want the check sent to me as his staff assured me of many times
Our company is a third party administrator for retirement plans of all types. Our clients are employers that sponsor a retirement plan for their employees, most commonly 401(k) plans. The Custodian and holder of the 401(k) accounts in this case was a nationally recognized insurance company. The insurance company and plan sponsor are governed by a written contract. This consumer dispute was due to an employee that had been fired from his job for "anger issues" and applied to our company for assistance with withdrawing his 401(k) funds. Our company processes the paperwork necessary to claim retirement benefits. The process in this case took longer than the 7-10 day normal turn around which angered the complainant and resulted in his calling our office every day threatening our employees. The delay of the payment to the complainant was caused because we were unable to obtain the authorizing signatures of our client/plan sponsor. Also the complainant wanted his check sent to him directly from the insurance company which contractually could not be done, it had to be sent to the plan sponsor. As soon as we knew the check had been received by the plan sponsor we requested it be forwarded to the complainant via overnight delivery. We verified his check was cashed and believe the matter is resolved. The whole process took about 4 weeks which we acknowledge is longer than normal, but we did everything we could to expedite the process.
