Complaint[redacted] the owner of this portrait shoppe state he would refund our money and he has not done so.[redacted] Alexander To [redacted]@WakeForestPortraits.com 12/05/14 at 12:33 PM[redacted], On December 2nd at 11:19 AM, we spoke on three-way about you refunding my fiancé and I the deposit you were holding for us. Since there hasn't been a contract signed by either parties and the receipt was not signed by [redacted] or me ([redacted]'). You stated you would refund our deposit once you've booked our proposed wedding date and we agreed. I believe it is best if we set a deadline date for you to send us our refund of $1025.00. The $1025.00 is 1/3 of what we would have owed if your services were used. You also stated that you would be going to a bridal show in January so in fairness to you, I believe a good deadline date to refund our deposit would be no later then January 20th, 2015 by 11:59 PM. If you have any issues with this date and time please let us know as soon as possible.
