On September 3, 2019, I have signed a Contract with Wake plumbing to provide plumbing service in order to finish my basement.
Wake plumbing has rescheduled my project 3 times and due to failing providing the documentation for obtaining the permit, has canceled the contract on September 29, 2019 less than 24 hours before starting. There were no any reasons to cancel the contract, other than not willing to fulfill the obligations under the contract.
By breaching the Contract Wake plumbing has created a hardship due to necessity to start over the plumber hiring process and reschedule all other trades. Breaching the Contract will led me to money damage.
Hello - I recieved the notification of the complaint. I am inquiring about my options to dispute this complaint. I am the owner of the company, Wake Plumbing, and this is the very first negative (all reviews on here, ***, ***, ***, etc have been 5 out of 5) so I am very concerned with this. I also have record that this particular consumer has a reoccurring history of leaving this type of feedback with different trade companies and I do not want this to jeopardize my company. I am inquiring about what is required to remove and/or dispute this claim. I am able to provide any documentation required to assist in this matter.

Wake Plumbing respectfully declined the proposed work for Ms. based on the following reasons:
There was no money exchanged (or even required by Wake Plumbing) as part of the estimate. There was no contract, SOW, MSA, invoice, etc, ever issued and so there was not a contract in place to breach. Upon approval of the signed estimate, Wake Plumbing went forward with the next step in the sales process: scheduling.The reason for rescheduling the appointment was per Ms.’s request; it did not initiate from Wake Plumbing as written in the compliant. She stated the week prior to the job starting that the framers were not complete and so Wake Plumbing was to rearrange the schedule to accommodate her change. As of a result of this request, the plumbing permits were not obtained at that time.After countless calls and email conversations with Ms. and the Wake Plumbing owner, dispatcher, and estimator, and in addition to the countless times she contacted the permit office and inspectors directly (both at work and at their home), Wake Plumbing communicated to Ms. that they would be declining the estimate given no exchange of goods occurred.
I would appreciate if this review was removed from the Wake Plumbing Revdex.com profile as we feel it does not represent the integrity and customer satisfaction we strive to achieve every day.
Please also consider an investigation of Ms. as is appears she has a consistent behavior of inaccurate claims and reviews not only with the Revdex.com, but other business review sites such as ***, ***, etc.
