I have read the complaint, however this isn't a situation where my self or my business had any controlThe city came in on this with permit issues and we had to shut down temporarilyThe permit issues were on the house it self which was the hub for the watersports businessThey are two different entitiesI had absolutely no control over the property issuesWe called and either spoke to or left voice mails for anyone who may have had booking during that timeThe client was notified in advance of the situation regarding the propertyThe business could not be operated until the situation was resolved Thank You

different entities. I had absolutely no control over the property issues. We called and either spoke to or left voice mails for anyone who may have had booking during that time. The client was notified in advance of the situation regarding the property. The business could not be operated until the situation was resolved.
