Bought an item online at Wal-mart. I was sent the wrong colour. Had some back and forth with Customer Service via email then on the phone. All times just resulted in them apologizing for 'my' negative experience and not for them actually sending the wrong item. They took no effort to take responsibility for their mistake.

It turned out that because they had sent me the wrong item, this item was no longer eligible for in store return. I had to do it via mail which would take weeks, then I can (joy) re-buy the item at which point they would offer me a 10% discount and express shipping. Great, I get express shipping after I've waited 2-3 weeks to get a return from the original item. Whats the point of express? I live in Toronto anyways and my packaged rarely take more than 1-2 business days to arrive. So let's count the inconveniences: 1. sent the wrong item; 2. had to contact their lack lustrous customer service; 3. can not return the item in store; 4. If I mail the item back, I have to wait for the return to be processed only after they receive the product back; 5. Have to re-buy and wait for it to be shipped again. No thanks. I'm considering keeping the wrong colour so I can be reminded of why I should stop shopping at Wal-Mart. I'll cross boarder for a [redacted] instead.

I was dealt by a lady (asian with glasses) at the customer service desk, as I do not know her name. She was extremely rude when I asked her that I want to pay for the photo prints she told me she does not know how to cash me out and told me I should have paid it at the photo lab. I told her that I did not find any staff there. She asked me to go back and find that person. I asked her why don't you call the photo lab and ask them how to charge for the prints. As a manager I would do that to help the customer. Instead she left in extremely rude way saying that I can't deal with you and asked another cashier to deal with me. I asked that lady to call the photolab and ask them how to cash me out and she did that and eventually I was able to pay $0.78 plus tax. The first person could have done the same and It would have been a pleasent check out experience. This event ruined my evening and stressed me out as I am still thinking what did I do wrong. Is it my job to find out how to ring out an item??
