I was dealt by a lady (asian with glasses) at the customer service desk, as I do not know her nameShe was extremely rude when I asked her that I want to pay for the photo prints she told me she does not know how to cash me out and told me I should have paid it at the photo labI told her that I did not find any staff thereShe asked me to go back and find that personI asked her why don't you call the photo lab and ask them how to charge for the printsAs a manager I would do that to help the customerInstead she left in extremely rude way saying that I can't deal with you and asked another cashier to deal with meI asked that lady to call the photolab and ask them how to cash me out and she did that and eventually I was able to pay $plus taxThe first person could have done the same and It would have been a pleasent check out experienceThis event ruined my evening and stressed me out as I am still thinking what did I do wrongIs it my job to find out how to ring out an item??
Bought an item online at Wal-martI was sent the wrong colourHad some back and forth with Customer Service via email then on the phoneAll times just resulted in them apologizing for 'my' negative experience and not for them actually sending the wrong itemThey took no effort to take responsibility for their mistake It turned out that because they had sent me the wrong item, this item was no longer eligible for in store returnI had to do it via mail which would take weeks, then I can (joy) re-buy the item at which point they would offer me a 10% discount and express shippingGreat, I get express shipping after I've waited 2-weeks to get a return from the original itemWhats the point of express? I live in Toronto anyways and my packaged rarely take more than 1-business days to arrive So let's count the inconveniences: sent the wrong item; had to contact their lack lustrous customer service; can not return the item in store; If I mail the item back, I have to wait for the return to be processed only after they receive the product back; Have to re-buy and wait for it to be shipped againNo thanksI'm considering keeping the wrong colour so I can be reminded of why I should stop shopping at Wal-MartI'll cross boarder for a [redacted] instead
