My Dr. phoned the Walmart Home Delivery with my script. Weeks later I hadn't received it so I callled. They said before it would be sent I had to pay them $1.27. I rsponded how would I know that as I hadn't received any infor from Walmart regarding payment procedure, or an email or letter,.. nothing - so I paid the $1.27 on my credit card and got the script.
30 Days later I'm waitng for the script and thought I should call as I hadn't received info regarding payment,.. once again they said I could pay ovr the phone. I asked them if they bill by mail or email or text and then asked them how the automatic refill system works if they don't bill by a credit card on file or sending notifications, etc and the lady could answer that question and told me it was easiest to just pay now over the phone,.. wondering how an older person with memory issues would fair not having their scripts filled because of such a faile billing system. Walmart needs to get their Texas [redacted] together.
