Review: I was simply trying to purchase carrots, potatoes, Palm Olive dish soap, and bathroom disinfectedThe cashier ([redacted]) was so rude to me for no reasonAs she was ringing up my items, she was talking with a very nasty tone to my step sister and IShe would not allow me to use my discount card nor would she allow me to lend my discount card to my sisterShe spoke to me with a very loud toneI found this extremely disrespectfulI have never encountered a cashier being so rude to meHer tone was not appropriate considering the fact that I did not say a word and just wanted to pay for my itemsHer manager at this location ( [redacted] ) was just as nasty to my sister and IThey did not want to help the situation at allAfter leaving the store, I found out from my father that [redacted]'s no longer uses discount cards and that every customer receives the discount no matter whatHe says that the [redacted]'s in [redacted] is where he found this information outAll the cashier ([redacted]) and manager had to do was explain this to me in nice termsThere was no reason for [redacted] to start ringing me up with straight attitude, loud tone, and talk to me like I am sm of the EarthI felt very degraded and turned off by the lack of customer service I receivedI felt disgusted by the way I was spoken toI am probably never going to shop at a [redacted]'s againI am going to take my business elsewhere because I do not feel that it is fair to be treated this wayMy money should be spent somewhere that treats their customers with respect and has a manager that knows what they are doing and how to treat the consumersCustomer service needs to be priority as a cashierThe customer service was beyond terrible here

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Review: Each time I have used the online shopper there is a problem .

They offer great deals online but on day of delivery claim they do not have the item BUT they have an item they can substitute for a higher price

OR they simply say they do not have it .

My order from yesterday , order number [redacted] , once again had problems .

My biggest issue is the PORK CROWN ROAST online price was 2.99 a pound of course just hours before the delivery time I receive a call stating they do not have it .

no rain check was offered .

Also on sale was TYSON BONELESS WINGS .25 oz 2.00 what I received WITHOUT BEING ASKED was a much larger package for OVER 9 dollars each .

Clearly a case of bait and switch.Desired Settlement: I would like the PORK CROWN ROAST or a RAIN CHECK (2.99 a pound) for the roast

Since I was not asked if they could substitute the TYSON BONELESS WINGS FOR AN ITEM almost 5 TIMES THE AMOUNT I would like a full refund .

ONCE again this has been an on going problem , from this order there was 4 other items they did not have and did not offer rain checks for
