When trying to obtain tracking via paypal I have been dealing with an unprofessional person with a ymail email address who is threatening to report me on my credit file and refuses to provide tracking despite saying they will know when it's delivered?

This is a deceptive practice. Absolutely a scam avoid at all.costs

I ordered this product and for some reason 2 charges came up on my credit card like one of the charges put back on my card.its been 7 days as well and still haven't got a tracking or confirmation at all

Received my order with no problem and the product seems to be working after only three days of useNot sure why there are so many negative reviews

Thank you for your reply. Here is a screenshot of the reversal of the charge, in fact we can see he still has the treatment and it has not been returned to us.   I hope this clears this all up

I ordered their product on Nov. 10th. On the 26th I emailed them and said "I order this 16 days ago and have yet received any confirmation, reply, nor tracking number. I want to cancel the order and I will take my business else where. I have never had to deal with so much incompetence. You have 24 hrs. to reply before I cancel it myself. Thank You." I get this as a reply. "Thank you for your email. You paid via Paypal and did not return to our site after you ordered so our "confirmation" email does not get triggered. Your order was processed on the 13th of Nov. It takes on average 7 - 9 business days to arrive, sometimes a little longer (today is the 8th business day with Thanksgiving). Your product should be with you soon.
Yours faithfully". Reading this I choose to open a claim with Paypal. Upon doing so I get this from the same guy for Waldon Research. "If you had bothered waiting for our reply instead of disputing this we could have told you where your product was. Its been 10 business days with Veterans day and Thanksgiving. As you are not paying for it now, we expect it back within 15 business days of it arriving with you or we take legal action for theft. We will be notified when it does arrive. You will be added to the US database of bad debtors, this will effect your credit rating into the future if we don't get out product back. RETURN it. " I have never seen a more incompetence and unprofessional company such as this. To call a custom a "Thief" when they haven't received it, threaten to take legal action, then added you to US database of bad debtors?

Haven't received the product need my money back

Review: I ordered wart cream from this company on October 31st, but I never received the product. I have emailed the company several times but I still haven't received it. They said the first package was delivered but I never got it so they sent pit another one on December 2nd I have yet to receive it yet. So I emailed back today and they say the first one was returned back. It just doesn't make sense because I have received other packages to my address but for some reason this one wont send. I have been in contact with a [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to just get my moner back because it has been over 2 months dealing with this.

Review: Delivery issues. I ordered this cream for my son Oct 4 2014 related to a health issue. I understood it takes 7-9 business days to reach me. After my 9 business days I emailed them inquiring how much longer and was I able to track the order. Within 2 minutes I was mailed information saying my order was processed Oct 7 2014 and I should be recieving my order within the next few days. I was okay with that and I waited. Well today is Oct 17 2014 and I have not recieved my order. I ordered some ointment from [redacted] this past Sunday and it arrived Thursday. I did email them today and told them to forget it and refund my money (32.90 S+H included). However this time I got no response. I feel this service is very poor and misleading. I would never recommend anyone to this site nor will I use this site myself ever again. If for any reason I loose my money and never recieve the ointment it will be a lesson well learned. I do not fully understand how you ( deal with situations like this but whatever you do, it would be greatly appreciated by me.Desired Settlement: Just retun my money and Im done with this issue.

Review: I bought this cream treatment for warts on July 18th, 2013. I recieved it on July 29th, 2013 and used it until Thursday September 19th, 2013. It did not work for me. So I mailed it back on Septmber 20th, 2013 for my refund and Apis Skin Care Cream Ltd. has not responded to my refund request. I want my $33.90 credited back to my credit card.Desired Settlement: I want my $33.90 credited back to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a product from this company over a month ago. The product was supposed to be delivered in less than a week. It has been well over a month and still no product.Desired Settlement: I just wanted the money I paid them. I gave them money for nothing.
