Yes, as of today 04/25/I did receive an tracking number for the payoff of my [redacted] to [redacted] after it was sent to the wrong bank [redacted] and again still sending the payment to the wrong address after giving the correct address of [redacted] which shows the same address given on [redacted] ***, Chantilly VA ***They have been giving me the run around on this payoffMy bank is calling me demanding payment when this car was traded in on 04/04/ As far as my trade in, my car was not running as I told the dealership and told them it was possible that it needed an starter as me or my husband is not an mechanic so we did not know what was wrongThey insisted on sending a tow to have it sent to their shop to take a look at itAn mechanic was there at the time, not sure when he looked and discovered that it was the engine blown as I did not get an call until days later 04/07/The contract of the trade and check made out to Waldorf Auto Toy Store was finalized on 04/04/for the car I bought and the trade inI should not be responsible for paying anything after the contract and payments has been madeNothing was written up or signed by me as to I will owe anything on the car if it is not the starterI traded in my car, not started and they still did the contract for the payoff knowing thatI have never been to a dealer where you trade your car whether is running or not and after everything has been finalized through contract and paid out, you call to tell me I owe you for the engineThat sounds backwards to meIt sounds like they should have waited to do the contract with me after they found out what exactly is wrong with my carNot after you have gotten paid for my trade in and the car I bought from you As far as this complaint about Waldorf Auto Toy Store not paying my car off as of today 04/25/ [redacted] still has not received the payoffAn tracking number was provided to me, however, it is still showing the balance has not been received yet because again they sent it to [redacted] address againI just need them to send my payoff to [redacted] for my payoff on the car that they were paid off to from my new auto loan bank

When the error was realized, our check number 5559 in the amount of $12,185.88 was [redacted]ed to [redacted] under cover letter dated April 21, 2017, for the payoff of her car loan.2. REQUEST FOR $3000.On April 5, 2017, [redacted] had her trade-in towed to our dealership. She stated that all the car needed was ån alternator. At that time the mechanic was not in. It was not until our mechanic came in the next day that it was discovered that the car did not need an alternator, the engine was blown and needed to be replaced. The cost of the engine was $6000 and we agreed to split the cost of the engine and labor with [redacted]. As far as my trade in, my car was not running as I told the dealership and told them it was possible that it needed an starter as me or my husband is not an mechanic so we did not know what was wrong. I should not be responsible for paying anything after the contract and payments has been made. Nothing was written up or signed by me as to I will owe anything on the car if it is not the starter. I traded in my car, not started and they still did the contract for the payoff knowing that. I have never been to a dealer where you trade your car whether is running or not and after everything has been finalized through contract and paid out, you call to tell me I owe you for the engine. That sounds backwards to me. It sounds like they should have waited to do the contract with me after they found out what exactly is wrong with my car. Not after you have gotten paid for my trade in and the car I bought from you.
