Dear *** ***: We have received your letter electronically regarding the complaint from *** & *** *** about their service issuesI am only seeing record that they have reported a miss 3x’s in the last years that they have had service with usIf there have been more misses than that, we don’t show record of receiving a phone call about it. Normally we don’t credit a customer for a miss if they are an every other week customerThis is because we will service them in their off week to make up for that miss and then again on their next scheduled service day This account was suspended due to non-payment 10/07/due to an outstanding balanceWhen their account was shut off they owed for services that were billed for 7/31/15, 8/31/15, and 9/30/17, and their last payment that was made was 7/23/There is no record of any phone conversations between 7/23/when their payment was made and 10/26/when next payment was made and their account was reinstatedWe do charge a $reinstate fee to reinstate services due to non-payment I show on record that *** called 9/08/to let us know that they were missed 9/06/They were then serviced on their off week 9/13/to make up for that, and they will be serviced again this week 9/20/on their regularly scheduled service day. We have agreed to credit *** & *** month for service issues which is $If they wish to terminate their current contract, they will be required to pay liquidated damages We do apologize for any inconvenience that any of their misses may have caused them, but we do not anticipate any more issues with this location in the future If you need anything further, please feel free to call or e-mail meThanks! I am rejecting this response because: If a check was written on Nov 8, why do I not have it? I have been told a check was in the mail before. Do I need to wait until Nov (weeks from company's response)to start this process all over again? My service was discontinued at the end of August. I have called the company times - getting various responses but no satisfaction. I feel they are trying to wear me down.Most people would have given up by now, which is what I believe they want. A person should not have to argue and plead to get what is due them

Our trash pickup was due on Wednesday 9-but due to the holiday it was on 9-My wife called in on the 8th and they agreed they had missed it and would get out to pick it upAs of this morning 9-they still have not showed up

It has been weeks since I was called and informed that I was going to get a refund of the $I still have not received this supposed refund or an acknowledgement that the check was even sentAnd it has been over a month of getting the run-around from this companyIt seems they just want to tell me something to shut me up and then don't go through with what they told me beforeI am now requesting a full refund ($295) of what I paid to this companySince they don't seem to care about my business and keeping their word, I hope they will at least give me a refund so I can take my business to a company that will appreciate my business.
