We hired this business to capture our wedding in OctoberWe wanted to hire a professional photographer to make sure we had amazing pictures from the weddingWe are really sad that we don't have pictures that we wanted and instead we've got back a lot of repetitive and non-sense pictures (a picture of my wife feet and her shoes, my cliff hands, when I am tying my tie without my face)It feels like they just took bunch pics to fulfill 4,pics commitmentAn assistant photographer was provided but after the sun set, that person became the camera light holderSo we lost one of the photographer during the nightDuring my ceremony, I saw them taking pictures from the same angle standing side by side! I wanted to tell them to separate from each other when I should have been focused on my ceremonyWe do not have a lot useful pictures from the ceremonyNone of the guests’ pictures were taken or they were taken from their back since the photographers were standing behind the crowd taking picturesI don't have a family picture and neither my wife even though we gave the photographer a shot list and his excuse was that he didn't know anybody so he couldn't follow the list which is a fair excuse but it should've been told to us before the wedding and not after! We only had hours total in our venue and this person was slow on taking and deciding on the shots regardless to our one on one meeting at the venue months before the weddingHe should have made his plans then instead of the event nighthe told us that he wanted to come and shoot us before the wedding but never happened and never followed up about itHe delivered a picture booklet which was on the agreement, MONTHS later without our approval of the pictures! He chose the picture, layout and design of the booklet which was poorly preparedI don't think you really need months to deliver a low quality "picture booklet"I don't request for a refund because it is not going to change anythingJust be aware of this business
We only want to let others know about this business before they make their decisionsPeople would hire this business to capture their special moments and there is no going backWe regret to hire this business because it ruined our weddingEverything was perfect except the photographyI want to make sure people are aware of our experience and hopefully will not happen to them
