I called initially to get a price quote on installing a toilet as the toilet at my rental unit was broken I explained the unique toilet configuration I had and what would be required I was given a quote on the cost of a new toilet, around $+ to install I thought this was reasonable and agreed to have the plumber come out and perform the work Plumber arrived, they planned for a completely different toilet than what I described and the cost just to replace the guts would've $+ the $to install I said I'd purchase a whole toilet from Menards for that cost, and confirmed if I got the toilet there it would only be $to install it Individual agreed Once toilet was installed, company tried to add an extra $to the bill claiming I should've known even though their notes specifically list not telling me any additional costs and quote given on their invoice doesn't include any extra charges Plumber also showed up outside of the scheduled window t
