My review is about Quinn, the Manager. I had the worst experience. I am outraged at how she behaved. Because of this I will never shop at Walgreens again.
She actually yelled at me for 20 minutes. CUSTOMERS were looking. EMPLOYEES were looking and did nothing.
She was hostile, angry, loud, unhelpful and truly horrific. I left in tears.

She is an unprofessional, unkind, mean, Manager. She was so very out of line I am filing a complaint with the Corporate Office and the *** Manager ***.

I had a Walgreens Beauty Enthusiast card for many years. Unfortunately, I was the victim of a violent crime. So, after this unexpected trauma, I called Wallgreens Cust Svc and upgraded the phone number.

When I ordered products online, they never showed up in Phone Number #2. A manager in the North Hollywood store gave me a THIRD Beauty Enthusiast card, literally, and attached it to another number.

Quinn lost her mind. She screamed at me and embarrassed me terribly. She said inappropriate things on the phone - PRIOR TO HAVING A CONVERSATION WITH ME - Oh this woman has like 5 accounts. That is both untrue and she was aggressive and angry. I am DISGUSTED at her unprofessionalism. I am a Paralegal in the FIlm Industry and I've told everyone about her. Shame on you. You and your Staff are grotesquely unprofessional. Shame on YOU.

She should be fired.
