without the dealerships knowledgeAfter we found out we pald the warranty company.Now *** *** thinks that she is entitle for the check that we send to the warranty companyWe explain to her that we paid back the warranty companySince we knew of the problem and told her we will pay for the serviceWe even had the warranty company had them call her to let them know they don't get the checkTheir vehicle is repaired as we promised.As far is the forging their name on the invoice with the service station we never saw any paperwork on that vehicleThey should ask the service stationWe never got any invoice from the service station until the customer contact us when they picked up their carMr *** told us about the claim under their warrantyWe contacted the warranty company and paid them for the amount of $for the full invoice.We at Wall's Auto Sales run very ethical businessWe treat everyone with respect and deal within the laws of our great commonwealth.Should have any question or need more informationl have my cell number above please contact me.RegardsWali M***

There is still an open criminal investigation on who forged the signature.
