Walk-In Medical Care

Hello,I know who this patient is and it is not as extreme as he makes it sound. Unfortunately it did take a while to refund his $as the biller missed the initial request. The refund has been written a week or so agoI am not sure if the patient has received it yet, but he should have
by nowThe timeless of the refund has many situations that occurred to create this sense in lack of customer care and for that we apologize, but there were situations out of our control, such as a death in my immediate family (I'm the one who reviews refund checks) and the owner (who writes the refund check) was on a day vacation out of town. I was not available at the time this patient called as I travel between three clinics and was extremely busy after my time out of the officeI am sure that the billing department let the patient know that it was still being processed, but I doubt they would tell him personal information about me or the owners, leading this patient to lose his patience. I would have let the patient know all of this if he emailed me the complaint that he sent you, but unfortunately he decided to go to you first and for that I again apologize.
