Our son never moved in and we got a release on our lease because we found someone to take his spot. We were promised our almost $1000 refund but now it is a month later and no refund. Home office doesn't know their a$$ from their elbow and the NH office was told check was mailed weeks ago. When I contacted corporate in SC, they moved very slow and said 'we never said that, we were on vacation'...for a month? Absolutely AWFUL service! Try another rental company, please!

Review: To Whom It May Concern,Walk2Campus Properties provides excellent service in regard to quickly providing repairs, basic questions, and other basic landlord services. However, there is a serious issue of tenants rights being violated with no notice given prior to entering the premises. For example, sending an email claiming an unspecified period of time referred to as Winter Break (5+ weeks). This lack of notice that gives no explicit time or date and claiming that as reasonable notice to entering the apartment 4+ instances for even the same reasons they claim to be "safety inspections".Desired Settlement: I would like the public to be aware of the company's lack of respect for the [redacted]. Am not seeking damages, but to raise awareness and try to hold them accountable as best as I can.

Spoke with the business. They state that while the lease does say they may enter the property to show to another perspective renter or for emergencies they have now stated that they are going to informed the renter of anyone entering their apartment by written notice.

With all do respect, while I appreciate the business's response to my submission (ID: [redacted]) addressing my individual complaint it doesn't resolve the larger issue. The concern larger than just this individual complaint is a company-wide policy that fails to adhere to and/or respect the tenant's right of due notice, as well as other basic rights outlined in the Virginia Landlord and Tenant Act.
