I had the same bad experience that lady from review #They told me that if they will not collect the money – it will be no fee so I sent them customer’s invoice for $Normally I would go to small court but my problem is that this customer is out of stateAnyway next day Walker, Adams& Associates called me and ask for $(!) to proceed with the caseWhen I refuse proceed with the case (frankly I don’t believe that there is a case), they told me in very rude form that in order to “close the account” I have to pay them 10%By the way they couldn’t provide me their license eitherSo business owners be aware and ask for license

This is a scam.. they are the same People that ran Nationwide Debt Busters - Timothy B. and Deisi R.... a couple of scam artists... look them up on facebook... do they look like the pictures on their website... DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Thank you for posting these previous reviews. Our business had very similar contacts with this company and have withdrawn our "claim" with them after day one. Beware for sure.

This place is a collection scam. We own a business in WA state and was contacted by this place to collect on some of our old debt. We gave them 1 bill for $8750.00 and they said that they called him once. He then said that we would have to go to arbitration and it would cost $3800 but he would do it for half that amount. I told my husband it seemed like a scam and that I wanted to cancel our account. Then the walker adams place called my husband and said that we now owed then 20% of the $8750.00 but if we paid that day he would accept 10%. It seemed like a scam so I called the secretary of state of California, Ventura County and Oxnard city and they have no licenses. Then today 3/5/15 they somehow found my mother in-laws phone number and called her and cussed her out and called us deadbeats. So then I called them and asked for them to send us an actual invoice as well as provide legitimate licenses and proof of being in business. He then said that now it would be 20% of the $8750.00 plus $4000 and he would see me in court [redacted]! Then not 1 minute later a different guy called me back and said that [redacted]r the other guy was just upset and that if I paid the $875.00 right then they would close our account. I asked him to send an invoice as well as all of their licenses. He told me that they don't send anything in the mail. I told him that sure was another sign that they were not legit. I told him send me that and I would investigate further and hung up. In the mean time I found These agencies may include:
Bureau of Security & Investigative on the Revdex.com.org website and called them I was told that Walker Adams is a scam with no license bond and is not legitimate. At least I didn't give them any money. I hope this helps someone else. This guy that works for them is very nasty [redacted] and is harassing. Please beware

Review: They contacted me as a collection agency and I turned over an account to them on 2/3/15 and paid them $750 in legal fees to start the judgement, etc. I called them semi-regularly for an update and they always spoke professionally and gave me the latest information on the case. Then I was unable to reach them. I looked up Walker, Adams and Associates prior to signing a contract and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. I recently looked them up and found them to be a scam of some sort. I have documentation of every time I spoke to them, etc.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the amount paid to them, which is $750. I would also like their company noted as a known scam.

Review: I hired Walker, Adams, & Associates to collect from a customer that would not pay. My contract, with payment of $750.00, was made Feb. 20, 2015. I waited 90 days without hearing from them so I began to call. May 15th, May 18th, May 19th, May 22nd, May 28, June 10th, I never got a return call about the status of the collection. I was given excuse after excuse about the person I needed to talk to; just went to lunch, called away on a family emergency, in a meeting, and every time, they will call you back. NEVER got a return call. I always had to initiate the call. I talked to a [redacted], a [redacted]. I haven't heard a word since June 10th when I was told [redacted] would call me the following morning.Desired Settlement: I would be happy with my $750.00 back.

Review: The consumer stated that on 4/8/15 they attained Walker, Adams & Associates to collect a debt for them. The business requested a check for $3,500.00, but once they received the check the business the consumer never heard from them again, the consumer was not able to leave a message.Desired Settlement: The consumer would like to be refunded $3,500 for services never performed.

Review: This company is a complete scam. They pretend to be attorneys who took my money promising to collect a judgement against the person owing me money. That is the last I've heard from them. I have since learned a legitimate collection agency DOES NOT demand money up front! I have also learned they have scammed many people using other companies: Nationwide Debt Busters was one they used to use; the Revdex.com gives them an F rating. Once they received too many negative reviews the owner simply started a new company that is doing the same thing: ripping off people. Financial Services Bureau, Inc is the parent company to Walker Adams and Associates. Stay away!Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and for them and for them to be held accountable for scamming folks out of their money. What they are doing is fraud.

I had the same bad experience that lady from review #1. They told me that if they will not collect the money – it will be no fee so I sent them customer’s invoice for $1052.00. Normally I would go to small court but my problem is that this customer is out of state. Anyway next day Walker, Adams& Associates called me and ask for $900 (!) to proceed with the case. When I refuse proceed with the case (frankly I don’t believe that there is a case), they told me in very rude form that in order to “close the account” I have to pay them 10%. By the way they couldn’t provide me their license either. So business owners be aware and ask for license.

Review: Claiming they are the best collection agency. They Claim they can Freezethe banking account and hold funds. They collect From Me $ 5862.00 up frontfor the lawyer fees and say it would be 2-3 weeks. them 2 weeks later all they need is a additional 2286.00 to file for expedite filling. Once this is done they gave me a date when I would receive my fund, June 8th 2015.I Called Every day after and got the run around that the lawyers were in court, left messages and messages for 30days. Now the phone goes in to a voice recorder and if full, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM !!!!Desired Settlement: Please refund my Money Back for $8148.00and Shut them down.

Review: This Company is a scam ... it is opened and ran by the same people that owned Nationwide Debt Busters... You have many complaints about Nationwide Debt Busters and will start getting them on this company as they are the same people doing the same scamDesired Settlement: Money back from their last company that was a scam just the same as this one.

They got me for $200. They tried for $500 but I didn't have the money. After 2 months of them calling me to see if I had the money yet they finally said they would take $200 and I would get the money back within 30 days. Once I gave them the money they never called or answered the phone. There's got to be a way to get these people put in jail for fraud

Review: On April 21, 2015 we entered into an agreement with [redacted] from Walker, Adams & Associates to collect funds from a customer. We were asked to send them a check for $175, which [redacted] promised that they will refund within 4-6 weeks, after which we'll receive the money our client owed us. We had not heard from the collection agency for a while and no money was refunded. I have been trying to contact them via phone and e-mail for over a month but no response from them. The phone mail box has been full since first week of July, 2015 and no one responses from either e-mail address given to us.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our $175 back.

We were scammed by them too. Do not do business with them.
