This management company is disingenuous, unethical and creates undue stress to renters of properties and the property owners they manage. Having insight into their operations, it is unfortunate they choose to work on the line of unethical behavior. I would highly recommend not working with a company that will overcharge, mismanage properties, engage in bad dealings and deny responsibility. I would certainly suggest finding anyone else to work with and not use this company for anything related to your property requirements.
