James PlaceIt is very unfortunate that this happened and I am honestly not sure what all of the background is and the interaction with *** *** was actually hire through a temporary agency to assist with office coverage until a permanent person was put in place*** was familiar, however, with how to process applications and what was all required per our criteriaAfter further investigation of the file, it appears as though no identification was entered (Social Security Number nor a DIor Government Issued ID)For applicants with no SSN, we have to charge the higher deposit and "conditional rent" as we do not have any credit history to verifyWe do not go off of a "credit score" for approving applicationsWe have a different scoring module that is used for applicant approvals that incorporates more than just a "credit score"However, I am uncertain as to why your SSN and ID were not entered, which is what caused the higher deposit and $conditional rent for approvalDue to the fact that I am unaware of what interaction occurred as *** was only a temporary employee and no longer here, I am submitting a refund for the $that was paid to Mission James PlacePlease understand that it could take up to days to receive the paymentI sincerely apologize for this and the inconvenience it has causedSincerely, *** *** *** ***
