Faulty bunk bed
I purchased a Walker Edison bunk bed from Lowe’s recently. I hired a handyman to assemble it and a support board broke when my grandchild laid on the bed for the first time. The board literally broke. So I had to have the handyman come back to fix the broken board for an additional $50. I contacted Walker Edison, sent them a photo plus purchase documentation and they told me to contact Lowe’s instead. Apparently, Walker Edison does NOT stand behind their poor quality items.
By this time the bunk bed has been repaired, in an unsightly fashion, so their offer to replace the broken board falls short. DO NOT purchase Walker Edison furniture unless you are fine with faulty items and poor customer service. Give other companies your business.

Broken Parts not Replaced
Received my order for two wooden chairs on 11/26. Open box on 11/27. Box appears to be in good shape, and the packaging appeared to have been done well. Unfortunately one of the chair seats is cracked and in two pieces. Submitted my replacement part request via thie website as requested. Provided invoice and photos as requested. I received an email from Walker Edison stating that they had received my replacement part request, assigned it a number and said that they would be in contact in 7 to 10 days. It is now 12/13 with no follow up from the company at all. Sent a follow-up email on 12/12 and attempted to call on 12/13. Initially my calls would not go through, finally got through and was put on terminal hold via the automated phone system. Needless to say it seems like this company is not going to stand behind their product and I'm stuck with the broken chair. Will never buy another product from Walker Edison.

On August 20th I bought a TV Stand for a 65 inch TV. On August 31st I filled out a replacement part form through their website. It is September 11 and I have yet to hear back from them.
I originally decided on the Walker Edison item I purchased because of the replacement parts guarantee. It made me feel at ease knowing if there was a missing or messed up part the problem would be corrected. But the lack of action and communication is more than a little frustrating. I have what would be a beautiful TV Stand in pieces in the corner of my room and a TV I can't unbox because it's stand is left unfinished.

Product was received with 2 damaged parts. I have contacted them and the replies have been slow coming. The item a 52 inch tv stand was purchased on June 2,2020. First contact was through the website on June 12 finally on June 24 they contacted me telling me to fill out a form which I originally did on June 12. I filled the form out again, received an email on June 30 saying they were going to go ahead and order the parts which my not be available since it’s the end of the busy season but if the parts were not available they would reach out with an alternative solution. Today is July 7 and I have written to them again and no response. I am very disappointed with this company.

Poor product quality and customer service. Over two months in contact with customer service and no resolution to replacing parts or the unit which is experiencing sagging and defects from the factory. I ask for a corporate contact who I can express my unhappiness with and I'm only provided the public customer service number.

Order a spindle bed and one of the 26 spindles is shorter than rest and too short to complete assembly of bed. I submitted a replacement part via a form on their website as instructed in their paperwork. I have received no correspondence what so ever from the company. the bed has been in pieces for week and no indication the compnay is going to respond at all

This company is incredibly problematic. After placing an order with *** for a rattan wicker outdoor sectional set, The item arrived via freight from the manufacturer....Walker Edison. When unloaded off the truck, the box was in shambles, so much so he left it on the pallet. We promptly unloaded the furniture and immediately noticed that the set did not match. Essentially they sent pieces from 2 different sets and tried to pass it off to us as one matching set. Half the set had silver hardware, the other half had black hardware, Each set was a different shade of gray. In addition, the set was missing half the cushions and pillows. I called *** immediately and initiated a replacement. I am asked to send photos....I send a ton. A week later...no contact. I call and email again asking what's up. I'm told they would get back to me in 2-5 business days. Then one day a Fed-Ex guy shows up and says he's here to pick up 2 packages...packages???? You mean, a whole patio furniture set Sir! He tells me he can't do it and walks off. I immediately call ***, they wonder why it was not picked up by freight and tell me they will tell the seller to re-schedule using a freight pickup. It is also at this time that I tell them I do not want a replacement, I want a full refund, there is no way I trust this company to actually replace my item. The problem is that the Manufacturer does not want to fix their mistake. They will not replace the parts, the unit, or pick up the item for return. Days go by, we are 2 weeks in with no progress on getting this issue resolved, mind you, I live in Colorado, so we have had weather and I have tried my best and have dotted on the furniture, trying to keep it clean and dry. The remaining parts of the box are gone, the rain and the snow saw to that. There has been no communication with the seller. I call *** again, asking what is going on, I am told they will reach out again on my behalf. More days go by, I call again and finally, I get someone willing to make a decision on my behalf! He escalates the issue, gives me a full refund and tells me the seller has till the following Wednesday (it's Sunday) to get the furniture picked up. If they do not pick it up, its mine to do with what I wish, keep trash...whatever. The next day...guess who finally reaches out with a non-automatic email....***. Only this time they try to blame the issue on me. They literally said in writing that I canceled the return and demanded a replacement which is why the furniture was never picked up, then this person said to me.. and I quote "We are back where we started because of you!" Listen...I'm pregnant and I almost went into labor, I was so upset!!! I called *** and told them I do not want *** contacting me anymore. I want all future correspondence to be through ***. They apologized and give me a coupon for my next purchase. There are plenty of other vendors on *** that I am sure have much better customer service, and I am happy to give them a try. At the end of the day, the buck stops at the Manufacturer for sending the defective item in the 1st place. Bad business, horrible customer service!

I bought a tv stand from Best Buy 2 months ago. The TV stand started to bow after I put my things that any TV stand should have on it. It started to get worst then when it first did. I called been e-mailing them and they are not going to do nothing about it other then send me 2 parts to try and fix it. I just called them to see if they would do anything to fix it because the stand is trash. I am not the only person that has the same thing going on with there stands. I paid good money to try and get a nice stand in my house. I want something done about it since with best buy you have to talk to the maker of the stand and not deal with the store you get it from. The sides are messed up the doors are broken on it and it dont look nice at all. The front of it is broke where the doors came off of it . If you go to this website you all see everyone that has the same thing that is going on with me. I was trying to give the stand a chance because it looked nice and it has a 3.8 on best buys website. They should put more time in to this since the part where the fire place is and under it should have something that holds up better.

I'am very glad to see a American made product made well. I was first impressed with the packaging . I had ordered a corner white TV cabinet #WQ44CCR from Amazon , It came within days and perfect condition. After opening the box I saw it was shielded in scrap wood and every piece was cover either in Styrofoam sheeting or Styrofoam blocking, so there was no damage at all. Plus the instructions for putting it together were straight forward plus pictures for each step. They were expertly written and easy to follow. The final piece of furniture came out perfect , I'am totally satisfied. I will be looking for other pieces of furniture from this company
