I have spoken to the customer and let him know that this matter will be rectified within the weekThere was a hole in the porch roof and instead of them tearing the section of porch off they fixed the hole with new plywood and then roofed over the porchAs for the missing equipment, we immediately did an inventory of our vehicles and warehouse to make sure it wasn't mistaken as a piece of our equipmentWe did not have the equipment made sure that the customer was aware of itThe owner has contacted the customer directly and made arrangements to fix the front porchWe apologize for the lapse of communication between the office and the customer

Spoke to consumer on the phone for clarification:He had signed a contract to have the roof done. The job was supposed to be completed the end of October or beginning of November. They did not get the job done before winter and have not been in contact. They still have the money
from the insurance company

Response taken by phone:  I told the company they needed to come by last Wednesday 9/27 but they did not show.  They called to say they would be here Saturday and I cancelled my plans. They still did not show up.
