I had an issue with paying dental payments during COVID19, having my dental appointments cancelled since March. I spoke with Derek G a Mgr here at Dental Health Svcs. the meeting was to be between my self, Derek and Lily ***. I get Rebecca L, of Goldman and Walker a Suprvsr at that company, Kelly B of Dental Services a salesperson on the line, being totally disrespectful yelling and unprofessional conduct. I was blindsided first of all when a call is being made for the client, a full disclosure of who was supposed to be in the meeting should have been made and it wasnt !! This was orchestrated by Derek G, I had to ask who the individuals were on the line as they piled on, I never spoke to the witch "Kelly" and never once did Derek stop the behavior from his co-worker who was never supposed to be on the line in the first place. Then Rebecca L of Goldman and Walker someone that threw her hands up back in March, saying to deal with Dental Health services is on the line for what?? I would never refer any of these companies to anyone, they all need to learn how to deal with customers, take customer service etiquette training as well. Didn't send a cc: of who is to be at the meeting, and then invite others, that have no filter or no business being on the phone spewing venom. Pay Pro was the first company that I called regarding having to pay premiums for services unavailable to me from March-June an a Supervisor that I had never spoken to before Shawna M, states "Well I'd like to have my car insurance premiums refunded but I can't" !! I'm sorry but a supervisor that addresses someone regarding issues of payment with their dental plan does not want to hear her BS, about her insurance premium being refunded, as she could have driven wherever she wanted to during COVID19 when she wanted. Lily O from Pay Pro was dialoguing with me prior to the meetings along with Derek, I then am told from Glenn W that a behind the scenes email had been sent from her, inviting Rebecca to the meeting in which Lilly denied. They are all a bunch of liars, unprofessional and rude and disrespectful bunch of cowards, hiding behind a phone and computer.
I have filed a complaint against all involved and please take this from me, PAY PRO (LILY O, SHAWNA M)
DENTAL HEALTH SERVICES, (DEREK G, KELLY B)
GOLDMAN AND WALKER, (REBECCA L, GLENN W SUBORDINATE)
ARE ALL UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, NASTY, IGNORANT INDIVIDUALS THAT I WOULDNT REFER ANYONE, TO HAVE TOE NAILS CUT LET ALONE DENTAL SERVICES.
