the customer since purchasing this vehicle has had two issues the [redacted] store repaired for hershe does not like the cvt transmission this car has and is demanding another oneI have told her we will be glad to get a key and books for her and take care of any problem she hasshe wants to trade this car for another one but is out on [redacted] and we cannot get her refinancedcurrently there really is nothing wrong with her car but I am looking for some way to help her if I can

the only discussion we had about previous *** information, was that she ran into previous who allegedly said she had problems with carwe have no prior knowledge of problem or that this car has been a problem carshe missed two appts with me before she made the last apptwe cannot get her refinanced as her income situation as changedwe are intertaining helping her with an extended warranty on Monday if she comes backwe feel this customer is trying to come out of this car because her income situation has changedwe will offer maybe a limited warranty at this point but feel by doing so we are doing more than is required

WE SOLD TO WALKER JONES [redacted] A SECONDARY STORE TREATED AS A SEPARATE BUSINESS IDENTY. WE SOLD IT TO THEM FOR 2000.00 IN MARCH OF...

THIS YEAR AND WALKER JONES [redacted] HAS SPENT OVER 3000.00 IN REPAIRS AND TRUCK STILL HAS PROBLEMS AND IS STILL NOT READY TO SELL. CUSTOMER RESPONDED TO AN AD IN [redacted] THAT WE HAVE NO RELATIONSHIP WITH. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE WITH [redacted] AND HAVE NOT FOR 2 YEARS.WE ARE NOT SURE HOW THEY GOT THE AD OR PRICE OF VEHICLE AS IT IS NOT REFLECTIVE OF ANY PRICE WE WOULD HAVE POSTED ON THIS VEHICLE. THIS VEHICLE IS NOT EVEN LISTED ON OUR INVENTORY.THE CUSTOMER CAME TO WALKER JONES [redacted] DEMANDING TO BUY IT FOR THAT PRICE WITH THE CARS FOR SALE AD IN HAND. I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT WALKER JONES [redacted] NO LONGER OWNED THE VEHICLE AND WE COULD NOT SELL IT TO THEM THRU WALKER JONES [redacted]. THE WALKER JONES [redacted] TOLD THEM THE VEHICLE WAS NOT FOR SELL AND HE DID NOT ADVERTISE IT, WHICH IS TRUE. HE ALSO INFORMED CUSTOMER IT HAD PROBLEMS AND HE DID NOT WANT TO SELL IT. THEY PRESSED HIM FOR A PRICE AND HE GAVE THEM ONE.THE CUSTOMER CAME TO ME DEMANDING I SELL THE VEHICLE, THEY DID NOT WANT TO HEAR WALKER JONES [redacted] NO LONGER OWNED THE VEHICLE AND THEY HAD TO DEAL WITH WALKER JONES [redacted].I TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT SELL IT FOR 1600. AND AT THIS TIME DID NOT OWN THE VEHICLE. THEY ONLY WANTED TO ARGUE ABOUT THE PRICE AND LEFT MAD.THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN TO REASON WE HAD ALREADY SOLD IT TO WALKER JONES [redacted]. WE CAN PROVIDE DOCUMENTS TO THIS TRANSACTION AND THE AD WAS A WALKER JONES [redacted] AD WE DO NOT KNOW HOW IT GOT PLACED AND WHERE THE AMOUNT CAME FROM. OUR OWN WEBSITE SAYS;WHILE EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT IS MADE TO INSURE THE ACCURACY OF THIS INFORMATION,WE ARE NOT REPONSIBLE FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS CONTAINED ON THESE PAGES. I am rejecting this response because: whether the vehicle is owned by one subsidary or another it was still advertised by Walker Jones.  It is not the customers responsibility to moniter the advertising of  a businesses product.  Naturally now the ad has been removed.  The business was shown  the ad and they quickly conversed with each side then stated that the vehicle wasn't theirs at all.  I never demanded that they sell me the vehicle, but stated that the vehicle was priced at 1631$ and showed them the ad. I would have paid a reasonible amount for the vehicle but 6490$ was totally unreasonable for a vehicle that has issues.  However that being said, no matter who placed a ad, who owns avehicle.. if the "ad" takes me to where the vehicle is and the lot # number matched you can not deny responsibility.  and funnily enough.. there is now absolutely no ad to be found with the vehicle. If they didn't place the ad it should still be there. This was blatantly false advertising. I don't expect any other results then what you have been given but thank you for taking the time to let them at least know they are being watched.
