This has Been dealt withThe customer was putting way too much wood in these chimneys and the fire pitWe fixed them and gave them proper instructions haw to use them; at no cost to the customer!

To whom this may concern,
I have viewed the complaint brought upon *** *** and *** walker, after reviewing the complaint, my rejoinder is as listed
Mr. *** *** and *** *** came upon the agreement of materials they were to use on the
projectThe project in-fact took week due weather conditions at the timeWe can not guarantee an end date while working around weather conditions (this project took place in February) and was over looked by Mr.*** ***Mr. *** *** also had ample time to examine the work provided by Mr***, and did not wish to file a complaint or notify us for (three) weeks after he had paid***, with consistency visits every site personally*** went to the project site to oversee/ manage the workers and the project its selfMr. *** *** CHOOSE pavers for his stairs (which was done for free) and there was no discussion of limestoneMotar would not be visibleWe used a Poly sand between the pavers, there is no pebbles in poly sandSo respectfully we will not be refunding Mr. *** ***'s money due to the fact the there was AMPLE time to allow corrections or state any concerns, which was NOT brought to *** *** attentionAlso attached is the bid where you can see what was discussed, and clearly none of the complaints listed pertain to the bid that was agreed upon by BOTH partiesLastly we are well aware of the previous Revdex.com complaints and we are working through them one at a time, but they were NOT brought upon "*** landscape" or Mr*** personally due to lack knowledge or professionalism, as a matter of fact MR*** was hospitalized and physically could not work, in conclusion he lost business and we have accepted or faults and are trying to correct them

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:
To [redacted],
Administrator, who appears to be the individual answering for [redacted],
d.b.a. [redacted] Landscapes, a.k.a. [redacted] Landscape.
Addressing Ms. [redacted]’s
rejoinder as listed:
1.      
Agreement of
materials used on the project were contained in the “[redacted]
Hardscapes-Pavers/Wall/Curbs Products Catalog” provided and given to me by
[redacted] (Catalog is my possession), which were not the same installed.
2.      
Project actually
took two weeks not because of weather but because his crew was finishing work
at another site.   Crew kept constantly
complaining about the demands of that customer.   Validate this with [redacted], who was the
foreman for [redacted] at my project.
3.      
Project was
completed on February 21, 2013.  [redacted]y
was aware I had to leave out of town early and was returning on Sunday, February
24, 2013.  I had spoken with [redacted]
[redacted] earlier that morning (February 21, 2013) at approximately 11:34 am:
[redacted] insisted job would be completed and needed full payment.  Ms. [redacted]’s statement is not accurate
regarding it took 3 weeks to notify [redacted].  Actually, [redacted] was call immediately
upon my return on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at approximately 5:38 pm.  Other phone records indicate [redacted]
was called on Monday, February 25, 2013 at 9:32 am, 1:06 pm, and 5:33 pm, and Tuesday,
February 26, 2013 at 9:43 am and 12:48 pm. 
Finally, [redacted] returned my call on Tuesday, February 26, 2013 at
2:28 pm.  Therefore, [redacted] was
notified about the complaint within three days of the completed work.  In addition, phone records indicated many
other calls were made to [redacted] to resolve the issue.
4.      
[redacted] may
consistency visit every site personally, however, he only was present at my
site twice to the best of my knowledge.   He left his foreman, [redacted] to handle
everything.  Even [redacted] stated that
[redacted] would not be showing up here much because it was too far from his
residence and other projects he was involved. 
Validate this with [redacted].
5.      
Although the
stairs were free the agreement was that the stairs would have limestone trimming
to fit with the exiting limestone retaining wall.
Ms. [redacted] nor [redacted]
addressed the damaged pavers, stains on the pavers, damage to side of house and
water sprinkler pipe as mentioned in the original complaint, but only mention the
contract, of which the contract does not state that I agreed to a damage patio
and/or poor workmanship.   In addition,
[redacted] claimed to be insured. 
Therefore, he should allow an insurance claim be filed on his performance
bond, unless that was inaccurate information [redacted] provided.  The whole basis for this complaint is [redacted]
[redacted]’s poor workmanship as the patio contains many damage pavers and some
kind of chemical stains on several areas of the patio that were done by his
workers.  Again, [redacted] has never
met me in person to review the actual damage to the patio.  He would only communicate by phone, that is,
when he found the time to return my calls. 
So respectfully, [redacted] and Ms. [redacted] need to reconsider their
statement regarding their refusal to grant a refund, because [redacted] WAS
NOTIFIED WITH AMPLE time, as noted in #3 above, to allow corrections or state
any concerns, which was brought to [redacted]’s ATTENTION.  Furthermore, as of today, none of the parties
(Ms. [redacted] and [redacted]) have made an effort to take the time to come
and see the poor workmanship on the patio. 
As stated in the original complaint, [redacted] sent two of his
workers to address the concerns; however, even they were disturbed with the
work completed.  Again, this demonstrates
the inaccurate statements by Ms. [redacted] regarding not notifying [redacted]
with AMPLE time.
