Statewide Traffic Survival School LLC has received and reviewed the complaint.  There were several areas of concern noted in this complaint. In response to class time, the class was  scheduled from 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.  A minimum of 8 hour class participation is required by...

law for students to satisfy traffic survival school.  Breaks and lunch are excluded  from the 8 hour requirement.  In response to the instructor arriving late from lunch, this is not acceptable and in not an example for the rest of the participants. The instructor has been reprimanded for this issue.  In response, to lack of knowledge or competency, instructors are trained and evaluated by the [redacted] and professional development and monitoring is an on-going requirement to improve topics covered in the [redacted] Curriculum and traffic laws cited under [redacted] Revised Statues.  In response to evaluations, it is school policy to for instructors to collect evaluations and turn in to the school administrator.  The school will issue a refund for the pre-payment.
