Statewide Traffic Survival School LLC has received and reviewed the complaint There were several areas of concern noted in this complaintIn response to class time, the class was scheduled from 8:AM - 4:PM A minimum of hour class participation is required by law for students to satisfy traffic survival school Breaks and lunch are excluded from the hour requirement In response to the instructor arriving late from lunch, this is not acceptable and in not an example for the rest of the participantsThe instructor has been reprimanded for this issue In response, to lack of knowledge or competency, instructors are trained and evaluated by the [redacted] and professional development and monitoring is an on-going requirement to improve topics covered in the [redacted] Curriculum and traffic laws cited under [redacted] Revised Statues In response to evaluations, it is school policy to for instructors to collect evaluations and turn in to the school administrator The school will issue a refund for the pre-paymentPlease provide the date and last four digits of credit used in order to research payment.As soon as this information is received Statewide Traffic Survival School will issue a refund with hours and contact the customer.On behalf of Statewide Traffic Survival School LLC, I apologize for any inconvenience or frustrations you may have experienced
