After a second inspection of the roof rafter, the home owner and I agreed that a repair was necessary. One of my carpenter's completed the repair on 6/22/16. I then provided the customer a letter stating the repair was completed. The customer has corresponded with me and is satisfied, and...

Thanks for coming out on Friday. I think the solution proposed to my wife is perfect and will absolutely satisfy our buyers. My only question would be if you could put in an email or letter just a summary of what your guys do when they are here. Not a guarantee of the work, not a warranty, just a "we did this, we did that" statement, or something along those lines. Just to show the buyers that something was done regarding their concern.
Thanks again for your help as we get this place sold and just as an FYI, the house we are moving to will probably need a new roof in the next 5 years.
