Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the $refund which is due to me per the Gap Waiver Addendum contract The bank has not applied any gap refund to the principal or payoff amount As of today it has been months since I originally requested in writing a refund of the pro-rated amount for my gap insurance Sincerely, [redacted]

Mr [redacted] submitted his Gap cancellation as he said and we unfortunately ran into some internalissues In regards to the processing of his cancellationEverything is handled as of now and we also gavehim an additional check for the inconvenienceWe are sorry for the delay in processing his cancellation,we have a process that works 99% of the time but unfortunately in this situation it didn't

We received *** *** complaint# *** and I have spoken to all that were involvedand unfortunately it was a case of miscommunication in vast proportionsWe have already sentthe check (the check was dated 6/and I have included a copy of the check) to her bank and Iverified today that it
has been applied to her balance.I have made an attempt to call the customer but I have not received any replyAt this point Ihave to assume it is all resolved as the customers issue was taken care of.Hopefully all involved will learn from this and ensure that we don't have a similar complaint inthe future.Sincerely, James C***Vice President ***Please see attached***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Mr W*** makes no admission of wrongdoingHe implies that since the deaelership speaks with many people each month, his communications are in order. My expereince and that of many Yelp reviewers does not bear this out.
MrW*** states that 'this is how business is done' and seems satisfied that since a message was left for me, his responsibilites to me as a customer were met. After numerous call, emails, and a Yelp review, I was finally called (months after my first call) and a message was left. I returned the message right away and, predictably, nobody answers the phone.
I would note as well that MrW*** response here is actually further evidence of the problem. Even the Revdex.com was not able to reach MrWalker despite three formal attempsIt had given up and actually closed the complaint due to non-response before MrW*** late reply.
I am not satisfied that there is any understanding of dysfunction at this business, no apology for actual errors on their part, and very little chance of improved business practices That to me is NOT a resolution I can accept

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me However, I do remain very disappointed with Walker's Renton Mazda and Mazda Capital Services (Chase Bank) in the fact that it took two and a half months for my gap insurance refund to be credited to my loan prinicipal.Sincerely, *** ***

When we received a check for $7,from Ms*** on Sunday May we immediately droppedit in our in store safe not the bank
At that time, there wasn't anyone present that could open the safe
Ms*** continues to work with the salesperson and
manager until Friday the 20th, when sheinformed them that she would like her money refunded
Ms*** was told that the check had gone to our bank on Monday the 16th and as soon as she couldprovide us with a statement that it had cleared her account or we had confirmation from our statementthat it had cleared we would give her a check
This confirmation was made and a check was issued to Ms*** on May 24,

We would have liked to have provided the ***'s with a maintenance package unfortunately thefinancing institution would not extend that amount of total financing to the ***'s.Due to that a new contract had to be initiated.When the ***'s voiced their displeasure at not receiving a maintenance
package they were given theoption of dissolving the deal or paying separately for it as the financing institution would not extendtheir financing commitment to include it.They chose to purchase the vehicle without it.Due to a clerical error on our part and the ***'s desire to have the documents reviewed it delayedthe licensing process.Upon getting the license we hand delivered them along with copies of all documents to the ***'s inOlympia.We apologized for the inconvenience and do so again.Sincerely, Dale W***
