Tell us why hereID# *** *** ***, In response to allegations of “Strong Arm”” tactics and charging for parts, *** accusations are false We are factory trained for the tankless water heater she has. 12/08/17~
1st service call was to flush unit as per manufacturer specs, the unit was showing no codes for operation failureUnit should be flushed every yearShe had unit years and not flushed onceAs we did not install unitShe blamed on the installation of another plumbing coAlso on this service call my plumber hooked up his monometer to check gas pressure, it was too lowHe then raised gas pressure in H2o to factory specs of 12.7, this had not been set since installationUnit operating now and showing no error codes. 12/11/17~ 2nd service call, customer advised no hot waterNot showing error codes, trouble shot with manufacturer, needed special order mixing valves from manufacturerLet customer know we’d call her when parts arrivedWe responded immediately to resolve her issue, which was not “the very next day” as she stated During the time span waiting for parts customer had gone away on trip, then returned sickWe called to install new parts an on return job was to schedule 1/02/18. 1/02/18~ Service call to install factory parts under warrantyParts where covered under warranty but not laborNew parts were installed 1/2/18, unit now operating correctlyCustomer was credited on her last invoice $after manufacturer gave our company credit *** has had invoices since 12/08/and has paid $on first invoice and no payment since 2/12/18~ A reminder notice was sent (see attached) for unpaid invoices 2/14/18~ *** calls to speak with ***She proceeds to yell at myself about charges and she can’t pay themShe also proceeds to tell me that she is so much higher educated than meI don’t know how to run my business and she has managed large corporationsShe demands breakdown and for me to correct my paperworkAt this point, screaming at me because I wouldn’t send a plumber out with out payment, I had not heard about her water heater not working until this dayShe must have received her late noticeI said to her that she should complain to the manufacturer or her original plumber A letter was mailed last week as well. I am rejecting this response because: I am willing to pay $147, which is the original balance I agreed to pay

I will no longer respond to any other messages from *** *** to the Revdex.comI have responded in my first letter, and her job was handled appropriatelyI will not allow her to turn this into a letter battle, she needs to cease and desist with her threats against my company to: spread statements about strong arms tactics, improper diagnosis on the job, and I'm not well educated. Services from a private business are not FREE!!! *** needs to handle her responsibilities and stop trying to resist paying her invoices.
