I would like to take this time to address the complaint filed against Walkers Towing? I was not notified of this until Feb (a year after the incident) once I was brought into the loop, I immediately notified the client and defiantly agreed to not only give him the $refund but a full refund for both times we provided services to him? I apologized for the misunderstanding and assured him that we have addressed this with all parties involved? I am confident this was truly a misunderstanding and will never happen again? There is always two sides of the story, ? but our small family owned business runs on integrity, so the client is always right in my eyes! I issued him a check for $to his address via overnight shipping today 2/16/? The client appears to be happy and understands the we regret that he didn't believe to have an excellent experience? We work diligently to keep nice equipment and professional customer service at all times? I appreciate the information that he provided to me, which allows us the opportunity to always get better and know what areas we can enhance our training program on..Sincerely,The Walker Family
