On Thursday, May 14th, 2020, one of Mr Lance Walker's, owner of Lawnwalker Services, Inc., zero turn riding mowers did not have the appropriate, legally required discharge shoot. Due to the missing shoot, which was shown by photographic evidence, rock debris was projected onto my Tesla Model 3 causing damages quoted at roughly $728.
Although Mr. W. was cooperative the day off the incident over the phone when contacted by the police and myself, Mr. W. has failed to respond with multiple attempts to contact him.
Repair I was requested by Mr. W. on scene supervisor, first name Nick, to provide Mr. W. with a quote. That quote has been sent to Mr. W. At this time, I'm looking for Lawnwalker Services, Inc. to take responsibility of damages due to negligence in their equipment and negligence in their training and procedures of their staff.
Mr *** claim is totally false from the beginning. I was contacted by a police officer responding from a call from Mr . G. The police officer came out on sight and looked at my mower and spoke to my operator. My operator called me and I talked to the police officer. The police officer looked at the mower and the scene and realize right of way it was a bogus call. I was not available to come to the site in person. So I sent my supervisor out to gather evidence. MY mower has 100 percent ever factory safety feature on it. After looking at all evidence its obvious MR. G. is totally lying and trying to profit off something that never happened. sincerely, Lance

The owner of the company has failed to take responsibility and accountability for a dangerous and legally required protective piece of equipment. His mower did not have a disposal shoot preventing debris from causing hazardous damage to property and harm to passengers.
Due to this, their equipment caused damage to an upper side window and window frame. Heights in which would have caused serious injury to a passenger *** a window down or convertible top vehicle. This was recorded on dashcam as well as photos of equipment without the safeguards in place.
Not only has the owner failed to take responsibility, but has tried to falsy claim their equipment was in compliance while attempting to pivot and cover up a legitimate complaint.
Proceed with caution, as this company is a high risk and liability to hire. A reputable company will carry insurance and rightfully pay claims. This can and will open the door for legal action.
