To whom it may concern:Mr. [redacted] submitted his Gap cancellation as he said and we unfortunately ran into some internalissues in regards to the processing of his cancellation. Everything is handled as of now and we also gavehim an additional check for the inconvenience. We are sorry for the delay in processing his cancellation,we have a process that works 99% of the time but unfortunately in this situation it didn't.

However, I do remain very disappointed with Walker's Renton Mazda and Mazda Capital Services (Chase Bank) in the fact that it took two and a half months for my gap insurance refund to be credited to my loan prinicipal.Sincerely, [redacted]

I have not received the $574 refund which is due to me per the Gap Waiver Addendum contract. The bank has not applied any gap refund to the principal or payoff amount. As of today it has been 2 months since I originally requested in writing a refund of the pro-rated amount for my gap insurance. Sincerely,[redacted]
