What a bunch of nonsense, [redacted] placed an order for an item that very clearly is marked CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE that means it is not in stock She elected to proceed placing an order for an item marked unavailable which is allowed and the order went to back order status and would ship when in stock She even acknowledges in her message that she knew the item was unavailable and is now complaining that she does not have the item What? Its currently unavailable We will void the transaction, the transaction will be reversed and all refunds applied

This e-mail was sent to the e-mail address provided through the PayPal Purchase which is clearly stated on Seller Info (See attached image)[redacted] I'm not making this information up. I contacted your business 4 times about the package stating it being delivered and me not actually receiving it, despite what the tracking stated.As stated in my previous e-mail that was not read, I filed a claim with FedEx and they stated that they cannot do anything and that I needed to contact the business. You are obviously not willing to help as I've provided you with the e-mails I sent, the contact information provided during checkout and you're still denying what I'm sayingIt's okay, I'll be disputing this and I will be sure to leave a horrible review for your company as you have displayed horrible Customer Service and obviously don't care what feedback you get.

This is complete nonsense, 100% not true!  First the buyer purchased the item and paid with paypal.  Paypal offers seller and buyer protections.  The chairs were delivered as promised on 3/25 to the address of record on the order via FEDEX # [redacted]   She filed a...

claim with paypal claiming that she did not receive the chairs.  Paypal investigated the claim and validated that they were delivered.  Her statement that she sent us multiple messages is simply not true.  We checked the email records and not a singe message is found.  The buyer can contact Fedex for delivery details and file a claim with them is she so desires.  This issue is closed.

We have no idea what email address the buyer sent messages to they very clearly are not this email.  The item has been delivered as very clearly noted via the Fedex tracking.  The buyer can contact Fedex and file a claim if they wish, their Paypal claim was rejected and paypal verified delivery.

The buyer was sent a pre-paid return label many weeks ago.  She has not returned the item.  The mfg does not have extra parts.  In her statement she states that she does not want to return the item.  We will happily take it back for a refund if returned.  Once again attached...

is another Fedex label to return the item.  Thanks
